30-Day Return Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return guarantee on all purchases. We will issue a full refund for returned items, minus the cost of round-trip shipping. If the return is due to an error on our part, Leatherman will refund the original shipping costs; the refund will be credited to your account within 3 days of receipt to streamline the process.
Please ensure you use the original product packaging and include the original packing slip when returning items.
*Exceptions: Items marked “Final Sale” are not covered by this policy. “Final Sale” items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders containing customization or engraving services cannot be cancelled once successfully submitted.
Instead of returning your tool, why not give it a “second life”? You can list it on the “Leatherman Exchange”—our official marketplace for buying and selling pre-owned Leatherman tools. Apparel Returns
Return requests for apparel are accepted only if the item shows absolutely no signs of wear or damage. Returned apparel must be in new, resalable condition—specifically, it must be unworn, unused, and unwashed. Additionally, items must be returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached.

Leatherman customized products are personalized specifically for you and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
